Here is some information about upcoming events you should be aware of. Mark these on your calendar! Please read the entire email. There are things you need to do at the end of it.

10:30 to 12:00 for U8 and below. 12:30 to 2:00 for U9 and above
Mandatory meeting! No rosters released until you attend the meeting

New referee course at Cleburne High School. Consider being a referee!

IMPORTANT TASKS FOR YOU TO COMPLETE

1. Go to http://www.cleburnesoccer.com/coaches and follow the steps listed there. You DO NOT need to get a background check if you are receiving this email. Background checks are due every summer. You must sign up to coach again in the Spring. We will not be able to assign you back to your team if you do not sign up to coach and fill out a fact sheet. (HEAD COACHES ONLY)

2. Call ALL of your players on your current roster and make sure they are signing up again this year. You can also call other potential players that did not play in the Fall. You cannot contact another coach's players. If your team does not return more than 50% of it's players, you will most likely not have a team to coach. Help us out here and get your players to register for Spring 2014 soccer. (HEAD & ASSISTANT COACHES)

3. Make sure you are at Coaches Meeting for Spring 2014 at Cleburne High School. 10:30 to 12:00 for U8 and below. 12:30 to 2:00 for U9 and above (HEAD & ASSISTANT COACHES)
This meeting is absolutely mandatory! No rosters will be released until you attend the meeting. We will have a make-up meeting at a later date, but in any case, you will have to attend a meeting. TOC Coaches can attend the make up meeting.

4. If you have not had our local coaching education course, we highly encourage you to attend our Spring Course on February 16 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This course is designed from the ground up to give you exactly what you need to feel confident and run great practices. It also comes with a book of coaching plans for every topic. 5. Upload a current selfie / mugshot picture of yourself in your coaching profile. This should be a passport or driver license style photo. Your login information to your GotSoccer COACH account is below. (HEAD & ASSISTANT COACHES)
