Registration Information |
| Fall 2012 Soccer Registration runs from May 01, 2012 to August 01, 2012.
We will have walk-up registration at the following locations for all players: |

Early Registration |
| If you make it to one of our early registrations at the Cleburne Sports Complex, you can take $5.00 off registration fees for recreational youth players and get a FREE practice t-shirt while supplies last. |

Team Formation |
- New players are required to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate to registration for verification of birth date.
- If you are a returning player wanting to return to your team, be sure to register on time. Make sure you note on your registration form your previous team you played for.
- Returning players have first priority to return to the team they played on the previous season.
- All NEW players are placed in a unassigned/draft player pool for team placement. Teams are generally formed by 1) Zip Code; 2) School; 3) Neighborhood
- A returning player that wishes to be placed on a new team must register as an unassigned player. Please add a comment in the note section, a new team is requested.

Financial Assistance |
| If you are requesting financial assistance, you CANNOT register online.This will require you to register at one of the "Walk-In" registrations. You will be required to fill out a financial assistance form and a registration form. Requests will not be accepted after these dates. Please keep in mind that financial assistance is not guaranteed to be approved by the Financial Assistance Committee. A small deposit is required for all players applying for financial aid. |

Methods of Payment |
| All checks returned to Cleburne Soccer Association as uncollected will be charged an additional $30 per check. Subsequent payments must be made with cash, credit card or money order. |
