2008 Fall Registration Information Tuesday - July 1st, 2008 Saturday - July 12th, 2008 Saturday - July 19th, 2008 Monday - July 21st, 2008  12:00 AM 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM 11:59 PM Online Registration Opens Nolan River Mall - Cleburne Nolan River Mall - Cleburne Online Registration Closes Dairy Queen - Joshua     3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Neals - Grandview             Coaches Meeting Fees Requirements Online Registration August 3rd, 2008 Cleburne Civic Center 2:00pm - 4:00pm Under 6 $50.00 Players must bring a copy of their birth certificate Must be 4 years old on or before July 31st, 2008 $10.00 Third child discount Costs includes uniforms (shirt, shorts, socks)    NO Processing Fee Opens July 1,2008 and closes July 21, 2008   Under 8 $55.00     Under 9 - Under 14 $65.00     Under 15 and up $75.00         After July 21st, a $10.00 late fee will apply and no special request will be honored   ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Registration: Due to the available of online registration, we are only having two (2) walk-in registrations this season. Please make sure you get your child registered ASAP. Please refer to the registration dates and times above. Fliers should have been received from area schools. Additional fliers will be mailed out 1 week prior to the first date of open registration.  Requests: (coaching request, ride share, etc) If you are requesting a coach or team, you will be required to fill out the "Special Request" form located on the "Forms" page at www.cleburnesoccer.com. Please keep a copy of this form for yourself and mail another copy to: Cleburne Soccer Association, P.O. Box 255, Cleburne, Texas 76033. No requests will be honored if the Special Request form is not received by CSA by August 1st, 2007. These forms will be reviewed by the CSA board members and a decision will be made.
