When contacting CSA, use our contact form. This helps us keep a written record of things and get back to you as soon as we can. We really do want to help you, but we do not give out phone numbers of our volunteers.

Most issues should be handled through your Commissioner. While many people prefer to go "directly to the top", you will not find much success there if you have not tried to resolve any issues with your commissioner first.

Please understand that we do not maintain an office with full time staff. The people listed below are volunteers and have other jobs. Your email will be responded to as soon possible.

Regular Board Meetings

The Cleburne Soccer Association Board of Directors strives to meet on the second Monday of every month at 6:30pm. The public is welcome to attend these meetings. The CSA Board is currently meeting at the Westhill Church of Christ in Cleburne, Texas. Please check the announcements and/or Facebook for any modifications to the meeting schedule.

Annual General Meeting

An Annual Meeting of the Association is held each year on a day during the month of May or June to be selected by the President, at which they elect board members in accordance with CSA Bylaws.  Each member of the Board of Directors is elected to a two year term. Six (6) directors are elected each year.  Term of service spans two years from annual meeting elected unless the person is filling an unexpired term.
